Free Shipping & Custom Orders
Each order is custom-made for your vehicle. Free standard shipping is available within the United States.

Order Preparation Time
All orders are custom-made to fit each vehicle (or vessel) and the selected light transmittance. Standard preparation time is 2–4 business days.

 

Production Processes include:

Precision Cutting: Precision cutting to your vehicle's specific specifications.

Quality Inspection: Each product undergoes quality and defect inspection before shipment.

Safe Packaging: Validated packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Note: Production preparation time and shipping time are calculated separately and cannot be skipped, even when selecting expedited or express services. Order modifications after production has begun may be rejected or incur additional charges.

PO Box and Remote Addresses

UPS only delivers to PO Boxes.

UPS, FedEx and other carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Customers must confirm whether their address supports delivery.

Hawaii, Alaska and Remote Areas

Due to the remote location, transit times may be longer.

Such delays are beyond Tint Select's control.

 

Carrier Responsibility

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the delivery time is controlled by the carrier.

 

Tint Select is not liable for delays caused by the following:

Weather or natural disasters

Transportation or logistics disruptions

Carrier operational delays

Signature Delivery Option
Selecting "Signature Required for Delivery" ensures in-person signature upon receipt.

If this option is not selected, the carrier's tracking information is considered final delivery confirmation.

 

International Shipping & Customs

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and other government-levied fees.

Tint Select does not pre-collect or collect customs fees.

For refusal or return due to customs duties, the customer is responsible for all related costs (including shipping and re-warehousing fees).

 

What if the package shows "Delivered" but is lost?

If the tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please follow these steps:

Check Address: Confirm that the delivery address you entered is correct.

Search the Surrounding Area: Ask neighbors, building management, or property staff.

Submit a Tracking Request: Contact the carrier directly to request package tracking.

 

Returns Process

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are strictly limited. Products must be unused, uninstalled, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Important Note: Used or installed products are not eligible for return.

A 50% restocking fee will be charged on all approved returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges are not offered.

Returns due to color differences, blurriness, or appearance issues are not accepted.
