Cancellation, return, refund & claims policy for all EasyTint products.

All orders are custom-made.

    Cancellation Policy
    Within 12 hours
    Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, before production begins.
    After 12 hours
    Cancellations after 12 hours are reviewed case-by-case.

    Note: Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

    Returns & Refunds
    Returns are strictly limited due to custom preparation. All EasyTint products are custom-made for each vehicle or vessel.
    2.1 Approved Returns Require
    Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met: ·Kit is unused, uninstalled, and unopened ·Original packaging is intact ·Return is initiated before any installation attempt
    2.2 Refund Deductions
    All approved refunds are subject to the following deductions: ·50% restocking fee ·Customer-paid return shipping ·Original shipping charges (non-refundable)
    2.3 Returns Not Allowed For
    Returns are not accepted for personal expectation reasons, including: ·Shade differences ·Cloudiness ·Overall appearance ·Personal preference or subjective judgment

    Damaged Item Claims
    If your tint kit arrives damaged, follow this process before opening or installing.
    3.1 Required Documentation
    Document damage with photos of: ·Shipping box & label ·Interior packaging ·Tint inside protective wrap
    3.2 Claim Rules
    ·Inspect kits before opening or installation ·Claims after installation may be denied ·Replacement approved only after review by EasyTint
    Always inspect your package upon delivery. Claims without photo documentation will not be processed.

    Lost Package Policy
    Replacement kits may be approved for lost packages. Refunds are not provided if replacements are available. Carrier confirmation is required for lost package claims.
  • 05
    Delivered but Missing Packages
    If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, customers must:
    Step 1
    Verify the delivery address entered.
    Step 2
    Check with neighbors, building management, or property staff.
    Step 3
    Contact the shipping carrier to file a trace. Note: EasyTint may assist in coordination, but final responsibility rests with the customer.

    Liability & Disclaimers
    EasyTint is not liable for:
    ❌Installation errors ❌Vehicle, boat, or vessel damage during installation or use ❌Personal injury, including cuts, scratches, or eye injury ❌Tickets, fines, or legal enforcement due to tint usage ❌Misuse, environmental damage, or exposure to water, sun, or chemicals
    ·Liability is limited to replacement of defective kits verified before installation ·EasyTInt is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
